My Little Sister Wants To Know If Green Tea Leaves Can Be Used As Soil/Fertilizer To Grow Plants?

I am 12 years old turning 13 in February. I absolutely hate my room! The walls have 3 colors pale yellow at the top,then a strip of wallpaper that has bears having a tea party, then the rest is white with purple flowers and white teapots. It looks like something a little girl would have.
